Verification Before Shipping

Responsibility for Delays

Bappe is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services, damages, or delays in delivery caused by products being out of stock, unavailable, or on backorder.

Buyer’s Notification Responsibility

You, as a Buyer, must electronically notify the Payment Facility using the Website’s appropriate features immediately upon delivery or non-delivery, within the time specified in our policies. Failure to notify within the given timeframe will be considered as deemed delivery for that transaction. In the case of Cash on Delivery transactions, you must confirm receipt of the products or services.
